Launched in 2024 to meet growing institutional demand, Eleven One Kitchen’s canteen programme delivers 720–800 nutritious meals every working day across eight partner institutions — from kindergartens to universities. We bring the same commitment to fresh local ingredients, zero MSG cooking, and eco-friendly packaging that defines our restaurants, at the scale and reliability that institutions need.

We operate a Kaizen philosophy — continuous improvement through daily briefings, monthly check-ins, and responsive feedback channels. Every month we submit a new menu plan, adjusted to your community’s needs.

Daily Rotating Menu

A full monthly menu submitted 15 days in advance, rotating daily through salads, soups, two protein options, carbohydrates, and dessert — adjusted monthly based on feedback.

HACCP Hygiene Standards

Daily morning briefings, routine cleaning schedules, temperature monitoring, pest control, and comprehensive record-keeping — HACCP certification in progress, expected November 2026.

Dedicated On-site Team

A dedicated team stationed at your site — led by an experienced chef, supported by sous chefs, stewards, and service staff. Entry-level members hold a minimum of two years’ experience.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Compostable packaging, biodegradable tableware, and zero single-use plastic — consistent with our status as Cambodia’s first 99% plastic-free operator, recognised by the Ministry of Environment 2025.

Our team creates a tailored canteen proposal — staffing plan, sample weekly menu, hygiene protocols, pricing, and logistics — built around your institution’s schedule and expectations. We present it, refine it together, and agree on a start date.
